The Dessert Effect



Dessert is really all about shock & awe on levels.  Even the most basic dessert ignites a sense of  joy and nostalgia that's different from normal savoury cravings.  Don't get me wrong, a good In-N-Out burger or truffle risotto from Bouchon will make me grin like a little kid, but a chocolate milk shake or creme caramel brings out some sort of  "food happiness" that is just so special.  Of course everything in moderation, (wink wink) but because of this feeling that we get I believe this is why dessert will always have a special place in every ones appetite, weather you have a sweet tooth or not.
