Proposed means test for the right to vote

When outlining his views on the age to determine the right to vote, young food critic Shea felt that 9 was good since "that's when you realize the world isn't all fluffy and rainbows." Ben chimed in with, "that's when you find out that unicorns don't exist."

I would suggest that some 9-year-olds still believe the world is fluffy, as do some 40 year olds. Perhaps the means test for voting should then be whether or not you believe unicorns exist, regardless of how old you are.
