Day #2, Workshop #3

Chef Annarita gave a great talk about how she came to cooking, the importance of eating healthy as kids, buying local and fresh ingredients and the joys and stresses of running a restaurant. After that she, showed the class how to make crostata. "Why buy it when you can make it so easily at home?" Well, maybe for you Annarita.








 
The school's oven wasn't working, so Annarita took the crostata home to bake. Unluckily for us, Marco, Tamara, Eva and I left before the finished product came back.
