Almond-Quinoa Cookies

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup quinoa flour
2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
In bowl of electric mixer, beat eggs until frothy. Add honey, oil and vanilla.
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Drop by 2 tablespoon scoops onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Garnish with cherry halves.
1/2 cup bing cherries, pitted and halved
Bake at 350 F. for 15 minutes.
