Gardein beefless tips become beefless stew

I don't use fake meat products much in my cooking; I prefer to use beans, lentils and whole grains, but yesterday I pulled out some gardein beefless tips and made beefless stew.    Here is how it looked in the pan:





Recipe:

1 onion, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
3 celery stalks, sliced diagonally
4 carrots, sliced diagonally
1 small can tomatoes, broken up
1 227g pkg. mushrooms, sliced
1.5 tsp. Epicure Selections Malaysian seasonings

I served it over cooked brown and wild rice, but it would have been great over mashed white or sweet potatoes.
